[gnutls-help] is release tarball 3.6.7.1 the real "latest"?

The latest official release is 3.6.7. The 3.6.7.1 was uploaded to fix
a minor issue with windows compilation (in gnulib code). Other than
that both releases are identical. Use it only if 3.6.7 fails for you.
