I put my comments there.  I think that I should have replied here.  So,
I am replying now.

It would be good if I can read the definitive document for the Chinese
standard.  Even if it's written in Chinese it will work for me.  If any
other reference, please let me know.

Besides, do you know the hash has an OID (object identifier)?
