Note that here you'll have to ignore the parameters that are
not used in server side (req_ca_dn, int nreqs, gnutls_pk_algorithm* pk_algos, 
int pk_algos_length).

Also an example is available in the documentation in section 6.3.4 (using
a callback to select the certificate to use).
