Do you have any existing effort on this? If yes, I'd be happy to review and integrate it. Otherwise, it might make more sense to enable tlsfuzzer tests for ML-KEM in tests/suite/tls-fuzzer, which is not really a fuzzing but should cover most of the scenarios at the handshake level. I've filed #1648 for that; feel free to take it if you are interested.
