Now that we have support for all proposed key exchanges from [draft-kwiatkowski-tls-ecdhe-mlkem](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kwiatkowski-tls-ecdhe-mlkem/), it would be nice to enable the [test-tls13-mlkem.py](https://github.com/tlsfuzzer/tlsfuzzer/blob/f6390eb40cac8cdf9018de0aa1013cbbd69a4907/scripts/test-tls13-mlkem.py) tlsfuzzer script in our CI.
