[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | testcompat-openssl-tls13-cli.sh: early data testing against OpenSSL server is flaky (#1275)

While it's intermittent, the test fails frequently. I suspect the reason might be that the connection is not gracefully closed (with a `close_notify` alert) and thus the server cannot resume with stateful resumption (see https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/16066)
