[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | git clone error on ubuntu 19.04 (#769)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

What does `GNUTLS_DEBUG_LEVEL=9 git clone ...` print ?

And what does `gnutls-cli -d 999 github.com 443` say ? There must be a READ that fails... (that is the only place where you can get a -54 error).
