GnuTLS versions 2.9.7 and later breaks libsoup (epiphany)

I somehow failed to read this message successfully tried
NORMAL:!VERS-TLS1.1:!VERS-TLS1.0:!VERS-TLS1.2. - I guess the ordering
does not make difference.
