FYI, I've updated the test server to run 2.1.0 with opaque prf input
support enabled, see:

  http://www.gnu.org/software/gnutls/server.html

If someone wants to do interop testing, feel free!  Contact me or the
post to the list if you need help or just to report success (which would
be appreciated).

I haven't done interop against anyone since I'm not aware of any
publicly available implementations.
