Not necessarily true! He could've meant IBM PC-DOS!
(For those thinking this is a serious post, PC-DOS *was* MS-DOS under a
rebranding agreement. Around v6.1 PC-DOS began getting new features not
in MS-DOS, but my comment above is pretty much the definition of "a
distinction without a difference". And yes, you have to be older than
dirt in order to have lived through this time period.)
ObFreeSoftware: remember, folks, don't use either PC-DOS or MS-DOS.
FreeDOS exists and is superior to both, not just in terms of your
freedoms but technologically, too.
