import key failure, apparent bug

Hi!

I have talked to several people and I hear only complaints about your
communication style (to say it friendly).  Due to this I set your
account to moderated.  You will still get posts but whether you can post
depends on the willingness of our moderators to read you post and
approve it.  Note that the moderators in general only handle mails by
non-subscribed posters.  BTW, in the last >25 years we had to ban only
very few people from the GnuPG lists.
