`--list-filter select='disabled-f'` does not seem to work

Hello,

I am trying to filter out disabled keys (disabled via `gpg
--quick-set-ownertrust [...] disable`), using:

     gpg -K --list-filter select='disabled-f'

However, all keys are still shown, including disabled ones. Is this
expected behavior? If yes, are there any other options that I can use to
filter out disabled keys?

FYI, I have also tried the opposite (`select='disabled-t'`), which works
as expected and only shows disabled keys.

Thanks in advance,
shniubobo
