It's not missing. The MacOS installer is not an official release by the GnuPG 
project. It is packaged and released by an independent group of volunteers 
(Thanks for that!).

Assuming that you have downloaded the dmg from
https://sourceforge.net/p/gpgosx/docu/Download/
you find there a SHA-256 checksum and a signature file.
