$RANDFILE

I am sorry to ask this question again, i did not
receive any response to my last emial.

I installed gnupg  on AIX with EGD , I am running thr
EGD daemon, i never see any  update to my $RANDFILE,
it is still in 0 byte, so while trying to create the
certificate using open SSL i am getting PRNG not
seeded error. 

Can any one guide me pls. what to do .
