[PATCH gnupg] scd: Add Nitrokey 3 to pcsc-shared interference detection

Hi,

there are multiple functions other than the PCSC connection handling that have special cases for CARDTYPE_YUBIKEY. 
I fear that treating a Nitrokey as a Yubikey could cause new problems unless these functions are reviewed carefully.

If you have any questions regarding the CCID behavior of the Nitrokey 3, please let me know. 
Generally, the last application stays selected until a new SELECT. 
If a different application is selected, the state of the OpenPGP application, including user and admin verification, is reset.
