Gnuk version 0.9

Gnuk version 0.9 is out.

Gnuk is a software for USB Token which follows OpenPGP card protocol
version 2.  It runs on STM32 processor.

Highlights are:

* New board support: STBee (512KB flash ROM)

* Card Holder Certificate support

* Experimental PIN-pad modification for unblocking pass phrase

Note that GnuPG is not yet ready for latter two.

Card Holder Certificate is a problematic, since Gnuk uses extended
APDU and GnuPG doesn't yet fully ready for extended APDU.

As an experiment, I created my certificate signing request by gpgsm
--gen-key and put it on CAcert.org.  The size of my certificate is
1328 byte.  This is larger for some buffer of GnuPG.  For example, we
have buffer of size 1024 in the function handle_transmit
scd/pcsc-wrapper.c.  Possibly, we have other places to be fixed.  I
will report this issue by another e-mail.
