Gpgme weirdness: please confirm

Can anyone please check and see if Gpgme is properly reporting colons
that are embedded within strings are being reported correctly?
As an example, one of Len Sassaman's IDs has the sequence "ICQ:10735693"
in it. Dumping that sequence out as raw ASCII values, I'm currently
getting:
I C Q 1 0 7 3 5 6 9 3
73 67 81 160 49 48 55 51 53 54 48 51
The 160 should be replaced by a 58 instead, if I'm reading my ASCII
table correctly.
160 isn't a valid ASCII character, and may cause some clients to barf.
Can someone confirm this?
