https://git.gnupg.org/ says i should be able to do:
git clone https://git.gnupg.org/foo.git
(for some values of foo, presumably)
But if i try, i get a series of failures:
0 dkg at alice:/tmp/cdtemp.LJcWid$ git clone https://git.gnupg.org/gnupg.git
Cloning into 'gnupg'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.gnupg.org/gnupg.git/': GnuTLS recv error (-110): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.
128 dkg at alice:/tmp/cdtemp.LJcWid$ git clone https://git.gnupg.org/gpg.git

fatal: unable to access 'https://git.gnupg.org/gpg.git/': GnuTLS recv error (-110): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

Cloning into 'libgpg-error'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.gnupg.org/libgpg-error.git/': GnuTLS recv error (-110): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

Am i trying the wrong URLs? I'd prefer to use the https:// URLs over
the git:// URLs -- for message integrity, for (some minor)
confidentiality, and also for easier bypass of silly restrictive
firewalls on some unpleasant networks i occasionally have to attach to.
Any suggestions?
