[PATCH] MD2 for libgcrypt

CRC32 is not a digest but a CRC.  The reason that it uses the digest
franework is simply that the API requirements are identical.  It should
be clear to everyone with a little experience that a CRC is something
different than a crypto hash.

Okay, write an implementation we can assign to the FSF and it will go
into libgcrypt.  Don't take it from the RFC, though.
