[gnutls-help] PSA: GitLab notifications will no longer be forwarded to gnutls-devel mailing list

Hello,

We have an email forwarding setup of GitLab activities to a read-only
gnutls-devel mailing list since July 2018[1]. These days, this setup is
becoming problematic, especially when a security sensitive issue is
initially filed in public and then marked as confidential, leaving the
issue still available on the mailing list archive.

Therefore, unless anyone objects, I plan to turn this feature off and
suggest people to subscribe to the GitLab project by themselves[2].

I have never been a fan of this email forwarding idea, for similar
reasons Andreas pointed in the second paragraph of [3], which was sadly
ignored at that time.
