[gnutls-help] building Gnutls on Ubuntu 18.04.1

Hello,

with Gnutls checed out from master, this is qhat I get

checking for getentropy... no
checking for NETTLE... no
configure: error:
  ***
  *** Libnettle 3.4.1 was not found.

I also built Nettle 3.4.1 and installed it in my $HOME/opt

But I don't know how to instruct Gnutls to hook with my version instead of
the system provided one
