The repro is testcase 2003 of the Exim testsuite.  Unfortunately
trying to mash valgrind in there is being difficult; so far it
seem to hang the testharness that runs the exim daemon getting
the problem.  Running the valgrind manually fails with a refusal
to run a suid executable.
