[gnutls-help] Build issue with 3.1.26

Hi,

I ran into an issue building the latest 3.1.26:

The 3.1.26 source bundle is packaged with a libopts source that is not 
version compatible:

 From srptool-args.h:

And then from the packaged autoopts/options.h:

This check fails in a few other places..
