Libtasn1-1.8 doesn't exist in gnutls directory

Hello Folks,

I did not see libtasn1-1.8 in gnutls directory,

[1] ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnutls/

instead I get it from:

[2] http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libtasn1/

According this post:

the "official" place for libtasn is in [1]. Does anyone aware of this?
