Hi.  You may find it easier to solve this in a different way: remove the
definition of 'vasprintf' from libgcrypt (src/missing-string.c), see
discussion in:

I have installed a potential fix for this in gnutls in case people can't
patch libgcrypt easily.  Please try updated snapshot:

http://daily.josefsson.org/gnutls/gnutls-20080418.tar.gz

That one should also fix the isprint problem.
