Yes, it seems your installation is broken.  Did you type 'make
install' in the top-level GnuTLS build directory?  Do you have
libgnutls.so* and libgnutls-extra.so* in $prefix/lib?  What does 'ldd
$prefix/bin/gnutls-cli' output?
