Alexander Sosedkin created a merge request: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/2054

Project:Branches: asosedkin/gnutls:testdane-stability to gnutls/gnutls:master
Author:   Alexander Sosedkin

<!-- Add a description of the new feature/bug fix. Reference any relevant bugs. -->

tests/suite/testdane.sh didn't reliably test much.
It depends on external infrastructure, but I still see the value of running it in CI
to catch the most obvious regressions,
so here I'm trying to go for letting it fail for half of the HTTP hosts
or even all of the SMTP hosts, but at least test something without annoying us too much.

* tests/suite/testdane.sh: with and w/o --local-dns; 50% success rate
* tests/suite/testdane.sh: add more SMTP hosts
* tests/suite/testdane.sh: add more HTTPS hosts
* tests/suite/testdane.sh: insignificant tweaks
