Daiki Ueno created a merge request: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/1943

Project:Branches: dueno/gnutls:wip/dueno/ci-pin-nettle3 to gnutls/gnutls:master
Author:   Daiki Ueno

<!-- Add a description of the new feature/bug fix. Reference any relevant bugs. -->

* .gitlab-ci.yml: use Nettle from release-3.10-fixes branch

The current Nettle master branch (for 4.0 release) contains
incompatible changes which GnuTLS hasn't yet accommodated. This sticks
to the latest 3.10 branch to work that around.
