How about having it compiled=on runtimedefault=off in fedora CI build and compiled=off in some other CI build?

and it did leak, and the `[0, 0]` / `[0, GROUP-X25519-MLKEM768 GROUP-SECP256R1-MLKEM768 GROUP-SECP384R1-MLKEM1024]` names are rather unintuitive... WDYT about having variables with descriptive values like `FIPS=fips`, `KTLS=no-ktls` and then converting them to `GNUTLS_FORCE_FIPS_MODE=1` and `KTLS=0` in the shell script?
