Hey @valdaarhun, This issue was originally created for DTLS1.2 and the support for it would be still a nice addition, I would suggest you look at the DTLS1.2 implementation first. In the meantime I will identify the difference between the 1.2 and 1.3 version of the extension if any, we could then incorporate your DTLS1.2 implementation into DTLS1.3 and make modification accordingly.
