## Description of problem:
A malformed subnet mask in a name constraints extension passes validation with gnutls

## Version of gnutls used:
gnutls-cli 3.7.3

## Distributor of gnutls (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL)
Ubuntu

## How reproducible:

certtool --verify --infile E_mask.pem --load-ca-certificate E_maskCA.pem

## Actual results:
Chain validation output: Verified. The certificate is trusted.

## Expected results:
