[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Subnet mask analysis (#1596)

I used the provided test path and found that the use case passed the gnutls verification, but the Nameconstraint of the use case had an incorrect subnet mask.

I executed
certtool --verify --infile E_mask.pem --load-ca-certificate E_maskCA.pem
And got the output
Chain verification output: Verified. The certificate is trusted.
