https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/1841's eced4c0c has introduced an extension of the public API:
invoking gnutls_hash_output with digest=NULL in order to reset the hash context.
This has been documented, but it would also be nice to have direct test coverage for this bit of functionality to avoid regressions.
