Please keep this marked as draft until the porting is fully complete. As I mentioned in the second paragraph of my [comment](https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/320#note_2268669633), merging this to mainline needs to be done at once; otherwise we would require 2 build systems, though the current MR doesn't do anything meaningful... it just creates a shared library not consumed by any other part of GnuTLS.

My suggestion is to continue your porting effort in a branch, either on your personal fork or we can create a special branch on this repository if you collaborate with others.
