Yeah, but we already use a deterministic RNG for the RSA PKCS#1 v1.5 self-tests (for blinding), so that might apply to this as well. @smuellerDD do you have any insights here? Does it make sense and is it allowed to use a deterministic RNG for the KAT of RSA-PSS?
