[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Failing tests on macOS osx64 architecture (#1539)

Hi there,

For the benefits of conda, we are testing the building of gnutls on a number of infrastructure.
Our builds have started failing (I think starting 3.8.3 or 3.8.4) on osx64 only (all other pass, including osx_arm64).
