[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | make check suite FAIL: several test fails when /bin/sh is not symlinked to bash (#1509)

While we ensure that the tests bundled in distribution tarball should be portable, we don't care much about portability in tests under `tests/suite`, as they are not distributed. I wouldn't oppose to rewriting them without bashism, though otherwise I would simply suggest disabling those tests with `--disable-full-test-suite` or explicitly set SHELL to bash.
