Hi.  I have merged this patch now.

However, can you describe how I could easily (preferably on a debian-like distribution for CI/CD) reproduce this problem?  How do I even build guile-gnutls for cross compilation?  Once we figure out, we should test this during the pipeline to avoid regressions.
