Looks like something has changed in the gitlab.com side, i.e., not including necessary files in the bootstrap artifacts. I'm [trying](https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/1708/diffs?commit_id=6db5a89d27b9bd08f4b44cf1e4673345a6042925) to resolve it with `artifacts::untracked`, but it's still not working.
