Thank you!  Do you mean a gitlab release?  I forgot, but have added now:

https://gitlab.com/gnutls/guile/-/releases/v4.0.0

I wonder if we can automate this more, or at least CLI-script it -- I opened #21 for that.  The step is covered in README-release, but I didn't follow it carefully.
