[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Ignore unknown algorithms received in compress_certificate extension (!1660)

If it is too hard, we could go without tests and update tlsfuzzer submodule once the [test case](https://github.com/tlsfuzzer/tlsfuzzer/pull/802) has been merged; in that case maybe good to create an issue to track that.
