Could you be more specific about gnutls package version? My guess is that, while the fix (!1631) is included in 3.7.8, the Fedora 37 release compose only includes 3.7.7 (see `f37` tag on the [3.7.7](https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2039284) build). If that is the case, I would suggest upgrading to 3.7.8 package using `dnf update`.
