[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fix/reenable test scripts on mingw (#1371)

Currently the testing scripts are disabled on mingw (!1594) due to a failure that occurs while trying to read/write from stdin/stdout. The error looks something like this:
```
0030:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
0030:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow L"Make sure that your X server is running and that $DISPLAY is set correctly."
```
