Er... how do we even make the OpenConnect-GUI installer again? 

If you install the version of openconnect-gui that you had originally, that'll give you stuff like spdlog dll. Then drop in all the files from the CLI openconnect-installer you've just been testing with, and replace openconnect-gui.exe with http://david.woodhou.se/openconnect-gui-machine.exe (9da718dd998d3f16ff84b73a07a6a0058d779743d688b1d5851b68fea12731b4).
