I think certtool is just waiting for private key from stdin, not even checking the loaded file.

So I see two issues:
1. the tool should treat the `--load-certificate` option conflicting with `--key-info`
2. it might make sense to check with `isatty` and print some useful information rather than just waiting for input from stdin
