[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | clang crash when building lib/accelerated/aarch64/macosx/sha512-armv8.s (#1347)

and sha1-armv8.s with Xcode 13.3 on Apple Silicon M1. I've reported the crash to Apple. Building with `--disable-hardware-acceleration` avoids the problem and allows gnutls to build.
