Thank you for the report. The error looks familiar (as in https://gitlab.com/gnutls/libtasn1/-/issues/28); it has been fixed in a newer libtasn1 release, but the bundled libtasn1 hasn't been updated yet.

I suppose the issue would be fixed if you use the libtasn1 release or patch the included libtasn1.
