Actually, I don't know that I do want GnuTLS doing either recvmmsg()/sendmmsg() or io_uring for me. I think I'd prefer to just do those for myself, and for GnuTLS to offer me a function that encrypts/decrypts DTLS packets in place without managing any of the I/O or buffers at all.
Or maybe I should just tell GnuTLS that I'm using kernel offload, but really do it for myself in my applicaftion instead?
