[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Libnettle 3.6 was not found (#1215)

Dear Contributors,

when I do `./configure`, I have the error:
```
checking for NETTLE... no
configure: error:
  ***
  *** Libnettle 3.6 was not found.
```
while I have nettle 3.7 already installed.

Does that mean that for gnutls 3.7.1 I **must** have nettle 3.6 ONLY ? i.e. erase nettle 3.7 and downgrade to nettle 3.6 ?

Can these kinds of dependencies be specified somewhere in top of [Download](https://www.gnutls.org/download.html) page ?
