[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Signing with imported DSS key fails intermittently (#1023)

gnutls_privkey_sign_hash fails roughly 50% of the time here with a key generated by Microsoft's DSS cryptographic provider. I'm attaching a patch to tests/sign-verify.c that reproduces the problem.
